“I Turned Depression Into My Superpower.”

Mental illnesses are on the rise in this country, and we as a society are becoming more anxious and depressed than ever. Today, 20% of our teens report having serious thoughts of suicide. Since 50% of mental illnesses show their first signs by age 14, and 75% by age 24, we must start treating mental health as an important topic in the education system so our population can learn to face life’s challenges in a healthy way from a young age.

After going through chronic depression as a teenager and young adult, I discovered I had the power to turn my life around. I turned depression into my superpower and used it to build my dream life.

I went from being suicidal to receiving a merit scholarship to a top music school in the world when nobody believed in me.

I healed my chronic depression when my psychiatrist said I would never be normal without therapy.

I built a successful handmade business online before people thought it was even possible.

And I continue to go after my dreams while maintaining a good life/work balance doing it.

Ever since the day I committed to staying alive, I have become unstoppable.

Not only did I survive, I thrived.

All human beings have the same capacity to experience different emotions. When we become depressed, it essentially means we experience intense stagnant or negative emotions but are unable to manage them properly. This is similar to being forced into the pilot seat without knowing how to fly the airplane.

But what started as a crisis could turn into a great opportunity as long as we have a manual and are determined to learn to fly.

I have been honing my skills as a mindset ninja for over 20 years and can navigate you through the illusions of the human mind.

I am here to remove your limiting beliefs about mental illness.

I am here to shift your mindset so you can achieve your full potential.

I am here to help you see your wholeness and true value.

I have learned to fly my airplane. Let me show you how to do the same.
